Black Eyed Susan & Purple Ribbon Cake

Created for a special couple!

Vanilla cake layered with lemon mousseline, fresh raspberries and raspberry preserves, 
topped with vanilla Italian butter cream. 
Decorated in fondant and gumpaste flowers.
